State Tower Penthouse Renovation — Loft Style

For this project, our team completed a full-scale renovation of a 347 sqm penthouse at State Tower, transforming it into a modern loft-style residence with open spaces, industrial textures, and premium finishes.

We redesigned the entire layout to emphasize openness and flow — combining concrete finishes, exposed piping, and matte black elements with warm wood accents to balance the industrial aesthetic. The living, dining, and kitchen areas were reconfigured into a seamless open-concept space, featuring a custom marble bar counter, upgraded lighting systems, and built-in carpentry tailored to the client’s needs.
