House Renovation

This 530 sqm home began as a 50-year-old office building, filled with small enclosed rooms and limited natural light. Our renovation team reimagined the entire space from the ground up, transforming it into a modern, warm, and highly functional home designed for real everyday living.

We reworked the structural layout by removing walls to open the flow and adding new partitions to create clear, practical zones. Soft-arch openings, warm neutral tones, and natural wood textures were introduced to bring a sense of calm and modern elegance. Large windows and new lighting design help brighten the interior, creating a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor spaces.
